We are a non-for-profit organisation committed to providing affordable water sports to local groups, schools, visitors and the local community. Our activities are conducted by qualified instructors and supported by a team of volunteers. We are licenced by the Adventure Activities Licencing Authority, Royal Yachting Association and British Canoeing. We have a dedicated team of volunteers who give up their time to help on and off the water, and any donations or support would be most welcome to assist with our running costs. Fancy a job that keeps you active, outdoors, and part of a great team? Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre is hiring casual instructors for the 2026 season — and we’re looking for people who love being on the water as much as we do.
If you’re qualified in paddlesports, dinghy sailing, powerboating, wingsurfing or windsurfing, and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team delivering fun, safe and confidence-boosting sessions on and around the Broad.
