Staff and Volunteer Opportunities at Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre 2026
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre team for the 2026 season. Whether you are an experienced instructor or someone who simply loves being on the water and wants to get involved, we would love to hear from you.
What is Involved
Our team supports a full programme of activities across sailing, paddlesports and powerboating. Roles can include assisting with sessions, setting up equipment, supporting young learners, helping with safety oversight and contributing to the smooth running of the centre. Paid positions are available for qualified instructors, and volunteer roles are open to anyone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. All volunteers receive full training.
Who We Are Looking For
For paid roles, we are looking for qualified sailing, paddlesports or powerboat instructors who are interested in part-time work in a friendly, supportive environment.
For volunteers, we welcome anyone with a passion for the water, a desire to help others and a commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our participants. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
