At Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre (OBWSC), we’re passionate about providing access to water sports for people of all ages and abilities. As a not-for-profit Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), we rely on the dedication and goodwill of our volunteers to keep everything running smoothly — both on the water and behind the scenes.

We’re currently looking for a Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is an important role that helps underpin everything we do — ensuring our team and customers have the support they need.

What’s involved?

This flexible, home-based role will focus on general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Finance Officer with tasks such as invoice management and record keeping

• Assisting with communications and general paperwork

• Helping us stay organised and responsive

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need to be a qualified accountant or a professional administrator — but experience with general office tasks, good communication skills, and confidence working independently would be helpful.
